Nereé Morgan has over a decade of experience in performing and facilitating arts programs within the Greater Toronto Area. A passionate advocate for community engagement, she has led and supported numerous initiatives, including Flow Fest, Brampton’s first Afro-Caribbean drumming festival, and Monsoon Sound, a South Asian Hip Hop Festival. Nereé also manages the Heartbeats in Arts & Culture Co-op & Internship Program for Black & Indigenous youth, the first of its kind in Canada. As a producer and curator, she has organized impactful cultural events such as Truthsgiving for the Goldfarb Gallery (formerly known as the Art Gallery of York University), amplifying BIPOC voices while providing crucial funding and exposure to artists. Nereé is also a resident strategist with One Mic Educators, where they continue to empower marginalized communities through workshops and national arts initiatives.
