The Community Engagement & Program Outreach Coordinator will lead Zamar Music Inc.’s on-the-ground efforts to grow community awareness and participation during our transitional growth period. Working hand-in-hand with our Communications Specialist and Social Media Coordinator, this individual will own the execution of innovative outreach strategies that connect Brampton residents to Zamar’s programs, events, and the Legacy 150 membership initiative. The 8-week term is fast-paced and results-focused — the ideal candidate is action-oriented, creative, and genuinely passionate about community building.

The Community Sales & Partnerships Coordinator will play a central role in driving revenue and community investment during Zamar’s transitional growth period. Working collaboratively with our Communications Specialist and Social Media Coordinator, the successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to sell lesson programs, promote concert productions, grow ticket sales, and build compelling sponsorship and funding proposals that support our capital expansion project. This individual is a natural connector — someone equally comfortable pitching a corporate sponsor and having a meaningful conversation with a community member.

The Administrative Assistant at Zamar Music Inc. will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization. They will work closely with the staff to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This role will support the development of foundational communication systems while strengthening Zamar Music Inc.’s storytelling, brand visibility, and engagement within the community.
The Communications Specialist will play an important role in delivering structured communications outputs within an 8-week period while helping establish tools and workflows that support long-term communications growth.
