Role Summary
The Chair provides overall leadership to the Board and ensures Zamar Music Inc. fulfills its mission, vision, and strategic objectives. The Chair leads board operations, partners closely with the Executive Director, and sets the tone for an engaged, accountable, high-functioning board.

Suggested Time Commitment: Approximately 12–15 hours per month — regular ED check-ins, agenda and meeting prep, board leadership, events, and external representation. Higher during AGM, strategic planning, and major campaigns.
