About Your Household — The following questions help us better understand the community we serve and strengthen our efforts to secure funding that helps keep lesson costs low and makes our programs more accessible for all families.

    Terms & Conditions

Section C — The Legacy 150 Campaign Terms, in Plain Language

Your rate. Core Membership is $109 per month from your enrollment date through August 31, 2027. Development Membership is $218 per month from your enrollment date through August 31, 2027. This is a promotional founding rate. On September 1, 2027, all memberships convert to their respective standard base rates per month. Development and Intensive memberships enroll at their standard rates and hold full founding recognition and protections.

Your price protection. After conversion, any annual tuition adjustment is capped at 15% of the standard base rate. This cap is a maximum, not a plan — as a registered charity, Zamar Music rarely and reluctantly raises tuition.

Your status. Enrollments completed by August 31, 2026 receive Founding Member recognition and first-priority in-person scheduling; enrollments September 1–30, 2026 receive Charter Member recognition and second-priority scheduling.

Your On Stage benefits. All members receive member presale access to Zamar-presented On Stage productions. Development members receive a 10% member ticket discount and Intensive Artist Track members a 20% discount, per the terms in Section F. All members receive priority registration for Zamar music camps and workshops.

When lessons start. Online lessons resume Tuesday, September 8, 2026 for all enrolled students.

When billing starts. $0 today. Your first monthly payment is processed on September 1, 2026, and on the first of each month thereafter.

The new facility. Zamar Music plans to open its new Brampton facility in October 2026, subject to building permit issuance by the City of Brampton. Lessons are delivered online until the facility opens, and your membership terms do not change if the opening date moves (see Section F).

Changed your mind before lessons begin? Cancel any time before September 1, 2026 at no charge — just tell us in writing.

    Section D — Billing Authorization

I authorize Zamar Music Inc. to charge the payment card I place on file for: (a) the monthly membership fee for the membership selected in Section B, beginning September 1, 2026 and on the first of each month thereafter; and (b) any add-on memberships or services I subsequently enroll in, at the rates communicated at that time. I understand that no card information is collected on this paper form, that I will receive a receipt for every charge, and that I may update my payment method at any time through the parent portal or by contacting the office.

    Section E — Academy Policies

This agreement incorporates The Academy's published policies (zamarmusic.org/policies) and Zamar Music Inc.'s Operating Policies — including privacy, code of conduct, non-discrimination, health and safety, and refund policies — as amended from time to time. Key policies, stated here for clarity:

    • Withdrawal. Two weeks' written notice to the office ends the membership; tuition already billed for the notice period is not refunded, per the published refund policy (case-by-case exceptions per that policy).
    • Missed lessons and make-ups. Up to two make-up credits per term with at least 24 hours' notice of absence; make-ups are always provided when a teacher or the school cancels.
    • Lesson format. Students may switch between online and in-person lesson status at any time, at no charge and with no penalty, subject to scheduling availability.
    • Conduct and safety. All students, families, staff, and visitors are covered by the published code of conduct, non-discrimination, and health and safety policies.

    Section F — Additional Terms

    • Promotional rate terms. The founding rates are a limited-time promotional rate for Legacy 150 enrollees and existing participants, effective from enrollment through August 31, 2027. On September 1, 2027, all memberships convert to their respective standard base rates. The founding rate has no cash value and is not transferable.
    • Tuition adjustment cap. Following conversion, annual tuition adjustments for founding and charter members, if any, shall not exceed 15% of the standard base rate in any twelve-month period. This clause sets a maximum and creates no obligation to increase tuition.
    • Facility opening. The October 2026 opening of the new facility is a planned target subject to municipal permitting. A delayed opening does not alter membership fees, the founding rate period, the September 1, 2027 conversion date, or any member protections; instruction continues online until the facility opens.
    • On Stage production ticket benefits. Member presale access and member ticket discounts apply to Zamar-presented On Stage productions only. Discounts (10% Development; 20% Intensive Artist Track) apply to up to four (4) tickets per production per membership, are subject to availability and venue capacity, are not combinable with other offers or discounted ticket categories, and do not apply to partner-hosted or third-party-ticketed events unless expressly stated. Benefit mechanics (presale windows, codes, or account-linked pricing) will be communicated per production.
    • Studio Creator Memberships. The Studio's Creator and Resident Artist Memberships (and their add-ons) are separate membership products governed by their own agreement and are not created, selected, or billed under this enrollment agreement. Checking a creator interest box in Section B requests the creator enrollment package only and creates no enrollment or charge.
    • Communications consent. I consent to receive transactional and program communications from Zamar Music Inc. related to my membership. Marketing communications are governed by CASL; I may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting my membership.
    • Media consent (optional — separate checkbox to grant). I consent to Zamar Music photographing/recording my student at lessons, showcases, and events for organizational and promotional use. This consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time.
    • Entire agreement. This form, the incorporated published policies, and the campaign terms in Section C constitute the enrollment agreement between the undersigned and Zamar Music Inc. Where this form and the published policies conflict, the published policies govern except where this form expressly provides a campaign-specific term (e.g., the pre-September 1 free cancellation).

Section G — Acknowledgment and Signature

I confirm that I am the parent/guardian (or an adult student), that the information above is accurate, and that I have read and agree to the campaign terms (Section C), billing authorization (Section D), incorporated policies (Section E), and additional terms (Section F).
